I'm a Business Generalist and Operator with hands-on experience in high-growth B2B SaaS and marketplace businesses.

Currently, I’m working as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Clarisights, a Sequoia-backed SaaS startup in hyper-growth mode.

Before that, I worked as Strategy & Business Operations Leader at Airbnb where I learned how to operate a consumer marketplace.

With this newsletter, I aim to shed light on the role of operators and want to show what it takes to run a high-growth company.
